"Oneiric Realism is an artistic style. Artists working in this style create in a spontaneous manner. Spontaneous as it may be, the artwork created is not totally mindless and automatic dripping and scribbling of mediums upon a surface, but a learned and honed creative skill of an intuitive process that produces highly detailed intriguing results. This style is sometimes, but not always, characterized by an organic quality that permeates in the forms and textures of the work. These works are usually open for interpretation by the viewer."
